Every human being wants to be truly happy, but most people spend their lives chasing things outside of themselves—like popularity, success, or material possessions. That kind of happiness is always fleeting, as external circumstances are constantly changing.
Without realising it, many live trapped inside their own heads, caught up in a constant inner chatter built on fear and borrowed beliefs. True inner freedom comes when we step back from these mental stories and discover the quiet clarity that exists beyond thought.
Self-enquiry is a simple practice of looking within to find out who we really are beneath the active mind-noise. That looking reveals a peace that doesn’t depend on what happens around us.

When I left Romania in 2017, I followed my heart’s desire to learn English, as my thirst for knowledge could no longer be satisfied by the few Romanian translations available at the time. Later, in mid-April 2026, the most extraordinary event of my life happened. It changed me forever, and the old me ceased to exist. Then I made myself a promise: to always live only in truth, compassion and peace. This is me, keeping that promise.
